The City of Urbandale is currently accepting applications for Facilities & Parks Project Manager. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Parks and Recreation, the Facilities & Parks Project Manager provides professional project management, technical expertise, and leadership for City facility, park, and public space projects. This position manages the planning, coordination, and delivery of capital improvement and construction projects from concept through closeout, including consultant coordination, bidding and procurement processes, construction administration, schedule management, budget management, and project implementation. The Facilities & Parks Project Manager will work collaboratively with departments, consultants, contractors, and outside agencies to ensure successful project delivery and compliance with project goals, schedules, budgets, and applicable standards.
