Facilities Painter - Twin Farms
About The Position
Twin Farms is seeking a skilled Painter to join its Facilities & Maintenance team. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role focused on maintaining the aesthetic appeal of guest cottages, common areas, and other facilities. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, possesses a strong understanding of tools, and is committed to quality craftsmanship. Prior commercial painting experience is preferred, and expertise in specialty finishes is highly advantageous. This position requires a dependable, professional individual who can work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit maintenance team.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience (commercial experience preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of painting tools, materials, and surface preparation.
- Experience with specialty painting techniques strongly preferred.
- Flooring experience a plus (tile, wood, or vinyl).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pride in craftsmanship and strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities
- Paint interior and exterior surfaces throughout the property, including guest cottages and shared spaces.
- Prep surfaces properly by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming.
- Apply specialty finishes such as faux or textured techniques when needed.
- Assist with minor flooring projects, including installation, repair, or refinishing.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of tools, materials, and work areas.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient project completion with minimal disruption to guests.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and property standards.
