About The Position

Coastal Bay Asset Management LLC is seeking a professional, dependable, and service-oriented Facilities & Operations Technician to support the day-to-day operations (Weekends Only), policy enforcement, community projects, cleanliness, presentation, and functionality of community amenities and common areas. This role combines facility operations support, amenity oversight, and community support services to ensure residents and guests experience a clean, safe, organized, and welcoming environment. The Facilities & Operations Technician serves as a visible operational presence within the community and assists with maintaining Community Development District property such as clubhouse facilities, fitness areas, pool amenities, grounds appearance, and operational continuity during management absences. This position is ideal for an individual who takes pride in maintaining high community standards and enjoys a combination of operational support, customer interaction, and hands-on facility care.
