This position reports to the EHS/Facilities Manager and is part of the Baltimore Distribution Center located in Nottingham, MD and will be an on-site role. The Facilities Operations Technician supports warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) compliance. This role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. You’ll play a critical part in sustaining EHS requirements and ensuring efficient, accurate processes that meet customer expectations. Performs minor maintenance, repairs, and inspections on warehouse infrastructure and equipment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Perform material handling tasks including shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and cycle counting. Support EHS initiatives by maintaining compliance, reporting incidents, and participating in safety meetings. Conduct simple maintenance repairs and assist Facilities/EHS teams with work orders and minor equipment fixes. Perform basic construction tasks such as painting, installing locks, signage, and racking as needed. Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, handheld devices) and follow Standard Operating Procedures.
