About The Position

Sanneh empowers youth by supporting and promoting educational attainment through in-school and after-school support, improves lives by providing programs that strengthen physical health and social and emotional development, and unite communities by advancing diversity, equity, and community well-being. Reporting to the Facilities Manager (FM) of The Sanneh Foundation (TSF), the Facilities Operator (OM) position is a full-time position responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and organization of the Conway Community Center, the Seton office building, and the grounds of all Sanneh operated properties. This position will work closely with the Administrative and Conway Programming teams to improve and ensure that the highest levels of quality, efficiency and productivity of operational functions are achieved.

- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours if necessary.
- Ability to utilize complete discretion while handling confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the Conway Park Community Center (inside and outside grounds) as identified in the Sanneh Foundation Use Agreement with the City of Saint Paul and the Conway Center Manual.
- Execute and maintain the daily facility cleaning log.
- Perform safety and security checks at assigned facilities on a daily basis.
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly stored in the appropriate spaces.
- Perform general maintenance on recreational facilities and equipment and other facilities.
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Memorandums concerning facility safety, compliance, and cleanliness.
- Ensure that all opening and closing procedures are followed per assigned schedule.
- Set up recreational facilities for special events and programs.
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the Sanneh Athletics Dome.
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the Seton Offices and building.
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of communal spaces of other Sanneh operated properties.
- Maintain grounds at all other Sanneh operated properties.
