As we scale our team and physical footprint, we are looking for a Facilities & Office Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day environment and keep the company running smoothly behind the scenes. Role Overview This is a highly hands-on, all-around operations role focused primarily on facilities management, with additional responsibilities spanning office management, logistics, and general operational support. You will be the point person for keeping our physical space functional, safe, and well-organized—working closely with engineering and leadership on facility build-outs, vendor coordination, and equipment logistics. You will also be a go-to resource for general office questions as our team grows. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in well-run spaces, and is comfortable jumping between planning, coordination, and physical tasks.
