Cogir Senior Living, based in Scottsdale, Arizona, oversees a network of senior living communities nationwide. The Facilities Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of unit renovation projects across Cogir’s portfolio, including unit renovations, model renovations, and guest suites. This role ensures renovations are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with Cogir’s quality standards and the requirements established by ownership groups. The role will coordinate contractors with the community leadership team, review and approve documentation, monitor project budgets, and ensure adherence to compliance and quality assurance standards. This role requires up to 50% travel as needed.
