About The Position

Nemean Solutions is seeking a Facilities Operations and Maintenance Contract Manager for a potential government contract opportunity at DLA Headquarters. This role involves overall management, planning, coordination, and execution of contract support operations for the Building Control Systems/Utility Control Systems task order. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day contract performance, serve as the primary point of contact, and oversee maintenance, repair, construction, and alteration projects. This includes developing project schedules, cost estimates, and implementation plans, as well as managing subcontractors and technical staff. Ensuring contract deliverables, quality, safety, and schedule compliance are critical, along with coordinating with Government stakeholders and providing status updates. The role requires interpreting plans, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation, and supporting staffing, transition, and risk management activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of recent (within the past 7 years) experience managing building operations and maintenance for facilities of similar size and complexity.
Experience managing maintenance, construction, repair, and facility operations.
Ability to obtain/maintain required security clearance.

Nice To Haves

PMP or similar certification.
Experience supporting DoD facilities contracts.
