The Corporate Services and Facilities Management Department of the IMF is seeking an experienced Officer to manage residential real estate services for IMF staff assigned to overseas duty stations. The Corporate Real Estate Section oversees the IMF’s global portfolio of owned and leased real estate assets and related activities across commercial offices, government-provided offices, and executive residences in member countries. The Facilities Officer (Residential Real Estate) will serve as a key coordinator in CRE for assigned residential cases. Working with Senior Facilities Officers, internal partners, field stakeholders, and third-party service providers, the incumbent will manage property search and evaluation, transaction due diligence, lease negotiations, internal approvals, lease execution, occupancy preparation, service-provider performance, and move-in and move-out coordination. The officer will remain accountable for successful case delivery while coordinating with the Lease Administration and Account Management function on authoritative lease records, critical dates, financial obligations, renewals, amendments, exits, and account reporting.
