This position reports to the Operations Manager in the Facilities Services Office. Duties will include answering the phone, creating documents with Microsoft Office, entering data into TMA software, and other various office tasks. The hours available to work are Monday through Friday, between 8:00am-4:30pm (shorteneds hours some Fridays during the summer). We request a minimum of 2 hours per shift;
