  • Experience using CX Alloy, AutoCAD, PM Web, ACC Build, or similar project, maintenance, or commissioning platforms.
  • Experience working in a live operating environment with tight safety, reliability, and change-control requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support field execution of mechanical systems construction projects and mechanical installations in accordance with project scope, drawings, safety requirements, and TI standards.
  • Own facility activities and requests and coordinate all MEI activity.
  • Create installation packages (MISTI drawings) using FSIM data, including POCs and electrical panel picks.
  • Create detailed layouts for fab and support equipment in coordination with fab engineering.
  • Coordinate the design, fabrication, and installation of equipment bases.
  • Manage utility space in accordance with established hierarchies and resolve space and access conflicts.
  • Schedule project activities, participate in daily and weekly scheduling meetings, and provide installation progress updates.
  • Coordinate day-to-day field activities with contractors, project managers, system owners, operations, and other stakeholders; resolve issues that affect project progress.
  • Conduct field walkthroughs, safety observations, and reliability checks to verify TI requirements and identify risks, gaps, and quality concerns.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and field conditions; identify construction issues, submit RFIs where applicable, and provide technical input during planning, installation, start-up, and commissioning.
