About The Position
Responsible for repairs, adjustments, and ongoing maintenance of facilities. Performs electrical, painting, and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises. Conducts periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required and maintains the equipment necessary to perform the work. The primary emphasis is on performing a variety of maintenance tasks rather than demonstrating a high degree of skill in any particular trade. This is an entry-level para-professional position that typically requires little to no prior knowledge or experience. Work is routine or follows standard procedures, is closely supervised, and involves communicating information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
