About The Position

At Triple Shift Entertainment, the Facilities Manager will ensure that the venue is clean and maintained according to Triple Shift policies and procedures. This role involves overseeing all building-related activities to ensure the venue stays in good condition and is safe and well-functioning for venue staff and guests, while embracing the core values of Spirit, Courage, Respect, Own It, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position.
• Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Good analytical/critical thinking.
• Hands-on skills and experience with facilities and equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to develop and perform scheduled preventive maintenance on facilities/equipment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move at least 50 pounds.
• Excellent time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect venue to determine the need for repairs or renovations.
• Perform routine maintenance on facilities and make repairs as needed.
• Schedule routine inspection or emergency repairs with outside vendors.
• Maintain the upkeep of equipment and supplies.
• Supervise all facilities staff (Janitors, Facilities B and C).
• Prepare facilities for changing weather conditions.
• Delegate cleaning and maintenance to other facilities team members.
• Handle leaf and snow removal as needed.
• Use common cleaning tools and outdoor power equipment.
• Notify the management team when major repairs are needed.
• Follow safety rules and precautions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Work other duties as assigned.
