Facilities Manager
About The Position
Fluidstack is seeking a Facilities Manager to own facility operations for the Lubbock site. This role involves managing MEP plant health, the maintenance program, and site services. The ideal candidate will build and maintain a preventive maintenance program based on OEM requirements and site history, manage facility vendors and service contracts, and partner with construction and commissioning teams to ensure smooth handovers of new capacity to operations. Requirements
- Owned facility operations for a critical or industrial site.
- Built or rebuilt a preventive maintenance program and can show the reliability improvement it produced.
- Manage vendor contracts with commercial discipline.
- Taken buildings over from construction and know what a bad handover costs.
