Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
3-5 years of experience in facilities management, warehouse operations, supply chain, or a related field
Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving record
Ability to obtain an Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or higher in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
Experience With Facilities maintenance and building operations
Inventory management and warehouse operations
Vendor and contractor management
OSHA and regulatory compliance
Budget management and cost control
Preventive maintenance programs

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations that keep our clinics running efficiently
Leading warehouse operations, inventory control, receiving, and distribution
Managing preventive maintenance and repairs across multiple healthcare locations
Coordinating vendors, contractors, and service providers
Ensuring compliance with OSHA, Joint Commission, fire/life safety, and other regulatory standards
Supervising warehouse and facilities staff while promoting accountability and teamwork
Managing departmental budgets, contracts, and operational expenses
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline processes
Supporting remodels, equipment installations, facility expansions, and special projects
Maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment for employees and patients
