Requirements

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science (may substitute additional years of experience)
5+ years of related experience.
TS/SCI w/ CI Poly or willing to obtain.
US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

Manage and support preventative and corrective maintenance programs
Coordinate and support SCIF planning, upgrades, building power, and cooling requirements.
Primary point of contact for site leadership in regard to facility status, risk mitigation, physical security, and planning.
Review OEM documentation for power, space, and cooling for incoming equipment.
Collaborate with local site partners and mission partners for site facilities maintenance and upgrades.
Have familiarity of trade systems, i.e., electrical, HVAC, plumbing.
Develop solutions and redesign existing processes to achieve optimal facilities management.
Implement and monitor security procedures and personnel access control and physical.
