About The Position

We're looking for a Facilities Manager who is highly organized, energetic, process-oriented, and efficient. The Facilities Manager ensures that the facility is clean, well maintained, and operating smoothly, supporting a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Commitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use

Nice To Haves

  • Personnel management experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations
  • Manage vendor relationships and bids for services
  • Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems
  • Supervise housekeeping staff including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment
  • Develop and implement emergency and fire evacuation plans
  • Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for building emergencies
  • Improve systems and processes continuously
  • Collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and management
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
