About The Position
We're looking for a Facilities Manager who is highly organized, energetic, process-oriented, and efficient. The Facilities Manager ensures that the facility is clean, well maintained, and operating smoothly, supporting a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 3+ years of experience as a Facilities Manager
- Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Commitment to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use
Nice To Haves
- Personnel management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry operations
- Manage vendor relationships and bids for services
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all building systems
- Supervise housekeeping staff including hiring, training, and performance management
- Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment
- Develop and implement emergency and fire evacuation plans
- Provide 24/7 on-call coverage for building emergencies
- Improve systems and processes continuously
- Collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and management
- Perform additional duties as assigned
