About The Position
This position is for a Facilities Maintenance role on the B shift at the Eagle Mountain Case Ready facility. It is open to current full-time team members who have completed their probationary period and meet specific disciplinary record requirements. Team members interested in transferring from another Tyson facility should contact their local HR Partner. The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Bids are awarded based on departmental seniority, with specific freeze periods applied to bid winners depending on the type of bid (lateral, down, or inter-departmental).
Requirements
- Must be a full-time team member.
- Must have completed the probationary period.
- Cannot have six or more points or a suspension on their disciplinary record within the last 12 months.
- Cannot have a Core Safety Mandate violation within the last 24 months.
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
