Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma/G.E.D.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be 18 years of age or over.
- Must comply with the company's Drug, Alcohol Abuse and Firearms Policy.

Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of work in the maintenance and repair of the work area, using basic knowledge of the following trades: carpentry, plumbing, painting, and groundskeeping, and using standard practices and tools used in the maintenance and repair of building facilities
- Demonstrates safety practices and procedures related to the building trades.
- Has a general responsibility to provide support and assistance to the other skilled crafts working on a project.
- Operates and runs company vehicles such as floor scrubbers, genie lifts, truck, and/or forklifts to perform a variety of tasks/duties
- Completes accurately and timely preventative maintenance and maintenance task report/requests.
- Effectively use a variety of hand and power tools; operate a forklift; follow oral and/or written instructions; communicate effectively in both oral and written form; maintain work documentation.
- Able to read, understand and work from work orders, material lists, specs, inspection standards, inventory documentation, part numbering system.
