About The Position

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable problem solver who takes pride in their work and wants to grow into a leadership role. This is a unique opportunity to be trained by our current Maintenance Director with the goal of stepping into that role in the future.
Requirements
- 1+ year of maintenance experience (apartment, hotel, facilities, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
- Must be 18+ with ability to pass background screening
Nice To Haves
- Technical or trade school background
- HVAC or maintenance certifications
- Experience in senior living, apartments, or hospitality
Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Director with daily operations and community upkeep
- Perform routine maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, HVAC basics)
- Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections
- Respond to and complete work orders efficiently
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow OSHA safety standards and procedures
- Support emergency maintenance needs when required (during scheduled hours only — no on-call)
