About The Position

As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will perform a wide variety of facility upkeep tasks to keep our client's building running perfectly. In this versatile role, our ideal maintenance tech or building maintenance tech teammate will handle: Minor repairs and PM for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems. Safely replacing lighting ballasts, lamps, switches, receptacles, and breakers. Troubleshooting building issues like repairing structural damage to walls, windows, and doors. Managing digital work orders and keeping precise material and labor records. Maintaining the company vehicle and following all lock-out/tag-out safety guidelines.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in a maintenance role
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Hands-on knowledge of electrical, carpentry, lighting, and HVAC systems
Ability to safely climb ladders and lift or move up to 50 pounds
Detail-oriented, safe, flexible, and pleasant when interacting with clients

Responsibilities
