About The Position

This position assists our internal departments’ staff with all service calls, as well as manages the overall upkeep of our commercial facilities. Routinely inspects all properties to identify any potential opportunities and current needs. And performs preventive maintenance as scheduled, including but not limited to, replacing bulbs and air filters.

Requirements

• Evening availability between 2:00pm - 10:00pm is required, and may include weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 18 years of age due to type of equipment used and general work environment.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must have an eye for detail in the trade.
• Must possess good organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of Two or more years of maintenance experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist our internal departments’ staff with all service calls, as well as manage the overall upkeep of our commercial facilities.
• Complete all assigned work orders efficiently and to Resort standards.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair resort equipment to ensure longevity and proper usage.
• Conduct on-going maintenance programs.
• Routinely inspect all properties to identify any potential opportunities and current needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Perform light plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs.
• Uphold the core values and policies and procedures of the resort.
• All other duties as assigned.
