Requirements

5+ years of commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring.
High school diploma or equivalent vocational certification(s).
Proven mechanical aptitude.
Proficiency in reading assembly and blueprint drawings.
Provide own reliable transportation (capacity to transport tools and equipment (e.g. 16 ft., ladder, sheet rock, sewer machine)).
Valid driver’s license.
Own hand tools and toolbox suitable for the job.

Responsibilities

Utilize commercial maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, drywalling, carpentry, and flooring to deliver exceptional service with minimal direct supervision.
Act as the eyes and ears in the field, responsible for successfully completing service tickets in a designated territory in a cost-conscious, high-quality, timely manner.
Maintain clear lines of professional communication with lead technician(s), supervisor(s), Manager(s), and office staff on open issues and progress of all work assigned, including thorough documentation.
Be flexible and cooperative with fellow employees and customers while displaying a high level of professionalism.
Follow all policies and procedures to ensure proper and safe working conditions.
Travel up to several hundred miles per week to client sites.
Meet the demands of a flexible on-call schedule.
Provide own reliable transportation with capacity to transport tools and equipment.
Be able to lift up to 80 lbs., apply up to 200 pounds of torque, and perform work while bending, stooping, standing, sitting, and lying down.
