About The Position

DCD Automotive/Nucar is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to complete assigned maintenance work and support construction projects and renovations across the company. The ideal candidate is outgoing, enthusiastic, self-motivated, punctual, and personable. This role requires the ability to safely lift and move materials weighing up to approximately 50 pounds, maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, understand instructions, and communicate effectively. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of specified trade experience.
• Maintain a current and valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record as established by the Company's insurance provider.
• Read and comprehend instructions and information, both orally and in writing.
• Communicate effectively.
• Safely lift and move materials weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Be outgoing, enthusiastic, self-motivated, punctual, and personable.

Nice To Haves

• HVAC experience.
• Carpentry experience.
• Electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work assigned by Facilities Management personnel.
• Review plans and specifications for new or ongoing construction projects and renovations.
• Troubleshoot and replace malfunctioning equipment.
• Perform assigned preventative maintenance work.
