About The Position

Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This is a full-time position with a 5 am start time. The role involves performing preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, including disassembly, reassembly, and calibration. Technicians will administer various methods and procedures to lay out, install, overhaul, and maintain machines with mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities include cleaning and lubricating equipment, examining parts for defects, cutting and welding metal for repairs and fabrication, handling boiler blow downs, and recording critical operating parameters. The technician will also record repairs, maintenance, parts, and materials used, and requisition new parts and materials. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree
2 plus years of related experience

Nice To Haves

Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification

Responsibilities

Performing preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to include disassembly, reassembly, and calibration
Administering a wide variety of methods, procedures, and techniques to lay out, install, overhaul and maintain various types of machines encompassing mechanical and electrical systems
Cleaning and lubricating equipment and machinery and adjust and examine parts for defects in the warehouse
Cutting and welding metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, handle boiler blow downs, and record readings of critical operating parameters as the technician
Recording repairs, maintenance, parts, materials used, and orders or requisitions new parts and materials
Other duties as assigned
