About The Position

E.L. Harvey & Sons has an immediate position open for a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Westborough, MA to work on our fleet of equipment. This role involves performing inspections, diagnosis, and repair of various systems on industrial machinery. The position offers year-round employment in a stable industry with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Previous experience on Industrial Machinery
• Accustomed to changes in priorities and responding professionally to urgent matters

Nice To Haves

• Welding/fabrication experience is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections, diagnosis, and repair of electrical, air, and hydraulic systems on equipment such as conveyors, paper and cardboard screen, ballistic screen, optical screen, balers, and others.
• Will power wash heavy equipment during routine preventative maintenance.
• Complete required paperwork utilizing equipment maintenance software program.
• Reviews and completes repairs identified on Daily Inspection Reports.
• Conducts safety checks on vehicles and equipment.
• Performs services calls for emergency breakdowns that may take place in the MRF.
• Other duties as assigned
