As Facilities Maintenance Technician II, your efforts focus on ensuring the proper maintenance and functioning of hospital equipment, structures and systems. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Two years of experience in HVAC, general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting or mechanical repair OR completion of a formal training program in building repair, including HVAC, general electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting or mechanical repair OR military experience as a Utilitiesman, Builder, Machinists Mate or a similar role

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, structures and systems.
Perform minor maintenance repair work in electrical, plumbing, HVAS, carpentry and/or paint.
Perform utility and structural repairs.
Document and maintain records of inspection and work performed.
