About The Position

This Facilities Maintenance Technician I position at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling involves performing preventative maintenance and repairs, including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on equipment to meet required regulations and scheduling. The role also includes building-related installation and maintenance, such as furniture assembly, data/power installations, and lighting repair. Responsibilities extend to maintaining the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of the property through painting and refurbishing. The technician will monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications, and utilize a variety of hand and power tools, including forklifts and other heavy equipment. Daily communication with the Maintenance Supervisor and team regarding repairs, faulty operations, defective materials or parts, and incident reports is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 years of related experience

Nice To Haves

Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification

Responsibilities
