This position provides support to all departments in maintenance of the facility. The Facilities Maintenance position will be responsible for maintaining facilities through preventive maintenance, light repair, and sanitation department support. Record all information on proper documents and work to electronic work orders. Provide support to other positions as questions and concerns arise. Work closely with other departments in a respectful and professional manner. Communicate with Supervisor if any situations arise that may require additional attention. Keep the buildings, offices, common spaces, and grounds clean and in good working order. Ensure restrooms and breakrooms are in good repair. Operate forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift as necessary to complete work.
