About The Position

This position provides support to all departments in maintenance of the facility. The Facilities Maintenance position will be responsible for maintaining facilities through preventive maintenance, light repair, and sanitation department support. Record all information on proper documents and work to electronic work orders. Provide support to other positions as questions and concerns arise. Work closely with other departments in a respectful and professional manner. Communicate with Supervisor if any situations arise that may require additional attention. Keep the buildings, offices, common spaces, and grounds clean and in good working order. Ensure restrooms and breakrooms are in good repair. Operate forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift as necessary to complete work.

Requirements

Light maintenance or construction skills
Prior sanitation or building and grounds experience
Food Processing experience
Basic Computer skills
Microsoft Office experience; Outlook, Excel, Word
Must respect Safety and GMP guidelines
Good communication skills, bilingual helpful.
Must be able to work all shifts and overtime.
Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Potential candidates must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record
Must have reliable transportation
