About The Position

We are seeking a dependable part-time Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our restaurant locations by performing light carpentry, millwork repairs, and general facility upkeep. This role focuses on small-scale repairs and installations that maintain the appearance and functionality of our restaurants. The ideal candidate can follow detailed direction, work independently, and travel between locations as needed. Requirements

• Experience with light carpentry and general maintenance
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to take detailed direction and work independently
• Reliable transportation required to travel between restaurant locations
• Ability to lift and carry tools, materials, and fixtures
• Comfortable working on ladders and performing hands-on repair tasks

Responsibilities

• Perform light carpentry and millwork repair projects
• Repair and adjust door functions (alignment, hardware, basic operation)
• Patch and repair kitchen and interior walls
• Mount and repair sanitation stations, soap dispensers, and similar fixtures
• Hang mirrors, install trim, and mount décor elements
• Complete general painting and touch-up work
• Perform minor concrete patching and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair small equipment and appliances
• Perform minor plumbing repairs only
• Install decorative fixtures and wall-mounted items
• Travel to multiple restaurant locations as required
