About The Position

Provide maintenance support for all BHCCU branches and locations. Assist in a variety of tasks to ensure all BHCCU facilities are maintained to acceptable levels for our members and employees. Ensure facilities comply with all federal and state regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or an equivalent level of knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through work experience.
• Five years of previous experience in building and facilities maintenance, carpentry, or other related work.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft products as well as database, and ticketing experience.
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot and prioritize.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pass the pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Ability to interact and communicate with a diverse membership and employee group.
• Ability to accomplish assigned tasks using tools, powered equipment, computers, and technology.
• Ability to work in a changing, challenging, and fast paced work environment.
• Ability to respond to after hours emergencies as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility in work schedule to ensure completion of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow processes and procedures established to ensure compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA). Complete required, annual BSA training to ensure you understand your responsibilities that apply to BSA, including: Having an understanding of all BHCCU’s policies and procedures, as well as all rules and regulation which pertain to BSA
• Responsible for the installation and maintenance of a variety of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and currency equipment.
• Assist in projects, including but not limited to furniture assembly, painting, landscaping, recycling, and power washing.
• May require work outside of normal business hours, including meeting vendors, responding to alarm calls and other emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
