The Facility Maintenance Supervisor supports day-to-day Plant Operations in a large, unionized automotive manufacturing Facility. This role is responsible for the safety and performance of all building and utility systems including HVAC, electrical distribution/switch gear, mechanical systems, and industrial infrastructure. The Facility Supervisor will lead continuous improvement, maintenance planning, and construction projects and ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and contractual requirements. This position requires frequent daily and weekly overtime.

Requirements

  • Experience in a large, unionized automotive manufacturing Facility.
  • Knowledge of building and utility systems including HVAC, electrical distribution/switch gear, mechanical systems, and industrial infrastructure.
  • Experience with continuous improvement, maintenance planning, and construction projects.
  • Understanding of corporate, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
