Red Hawk Golf and Resort, located in Sparks, NV, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Facilities Maintenance Staff! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Requirements
- Eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization.
Responsibilities
- Performs general repairs and maintenance for all areas within the operation, including, but not limited to: electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
- Performs routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance throughout the facility.
- Troubleshoots and performs general repairs.
- Responds to maintenance requests and prioritizes work orders in a timely manner.
- Maintains cleanliness and appearance of the exterior of the facility, including, but not limited to: emptying trash cans, sweeping walkways, picking up litter, and arranging outdoor furniture.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
