Facilities Maintenance Specialist
About The Position
E.J. Reynolds Company is looking for a driven, skilled, and construction-savvy Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, working with their hands, and keeping operations running at full speed. The position involves daily maintenance, repairs, and improvements across buildings and grounds, as well as construction tasks for small-scale builds, renovations, and structural fixes. The specialist will utilize a wide range of hand and power tools and collaborate with leadership and fellow technicians to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of maintenance experience.
- Solid construction background, including framing, drywall, repairs, and general building systems.
- Strong hand-tool skills with wrenches, drills, saws, meters, etc.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends.
- A proactive, energetic attitude.
Responsibilities
