About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair facility infrastructure, building systems, and utility equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, reliable operation of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, and other facility systems that support plant operations.

Requirements

3+ years of facilities, industrial maintenance, building maintenance, or related technical experience.
Experience maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and electrical schematics.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Nice To Haves

Technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, HVAC, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of PLCs, building automation systems, and utility equipment.
Experience with SAP or other computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Responsibilities

Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain facility equipment and building systems.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, compressed air, and utility systems.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using drawings, schematics, test equipment, and diagnostic tools.
Install, repair, and maintain piping, valves, regulators, pumps, motors, and related equipment.
Support facility projects, equipment upgrades, and contractor activities.
Respond to facility-related breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, hoists, and other maintenance equipment safely.
Ensure compliance with safety, GMP, and environmental regulations.
