About The Position

Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling! This is a Full Time, 1st shift position with weekend availability. The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing the facility maintenance team, ensuring all equipment, building, and grounds are maintained and operational to company standards. Safety is a top priority, including supporting Lock Out Tag Out execution. The role involves ensuring timely completion of service calls and machinery repairs, assisting mechanics with troubleshooting, overseeing facility budgeting, and driving reduction of losses through breakdown analysis. Additionally, the Facilities Manager maintains a compliant stockroom operation for necessary consumables. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of leadership experience
High School Diploma/General Education Diploma or Technical School Certification with 9 plus years of specific experience and 6 plus years of leadership experience
Successful completion of a background check and drug screening

Managing the facility maintenance team including hiring, supervising, professional development and offering continuous educational opportunities
Ensuring all equipment, building and grounds are maintained and operational up to company standards
Ensuring safety needs are given a top priority and supports Lock Out Tag Out execution
Ensuring service calls and machinery repairs are completed in a timely manner and assists mechanics with machine troubleshooting
Overseeing facility budgeting as well as champion and drive reduction of losses through breakdown analysis
Maintaining a compliant stockroom operation that provides necessary consumables for the facility
