They ensure financial sustainability by developing and approving budgets, presenting budgets, evaluating ROI, approving contracts and invoices, and determining personnel resource requirements. The manager reviews budget plans, approves purchases, provides technical assistance, and verifies receipts. They maintain project oversight by ensuring timelines are met, managing costs, monitoring work status, and communicating schedules. The role manages the department budget by gathering and analyzing data, validating spending, reviewing invoices, developing reports, approving expenditures, managing warranty reimbursement, and ensuring landlord compliance. The manager ensures compliance with federal, state, and local HVACR industry laws and regulations. They coordinate job-related activities by developing stakeholder relationships, supporting plans and initiatives, communicating goals, building accountability, and identifying improvement opportunities. The manager ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports the company mission. They provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a sense of belonging.
