Our microbiology products are used all over the world to diagnose and prevent disease. We are looking for another dedicated person to join us. We have an immediate opening for a full time, Maintenance Manager (Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm) at our facility in Springboro, Ohio. If you have a passion for excellence, then we'd like to talk to you. A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance required, along with 2+ years of management experience. We are offering a competitive salary, as well as, a robust benefits package. The Maintenance Manager supervises physical plant, maintenance personnel and department work assignments. Is responsible for ensuring all maintenance and repairs to facility, building systems, manufacturing equipment is completed timely and to specification. Is technically proficient to perform all aspects of Facilities Maintenance and to train staff on their respective duties. In addition: Ensures proper administration of Preventative Maintenance and Work Order system. Ensures equipment and Quality System logs are being thoroughly kept. Tracks equipment downtime. Maintains critical spares inventory. Is able to review and interpret Quality Systems Documents; corrects, updates or creates new ones as necessary. Maintains a long-term capital equipment plan and advises upper management on equipment qualification and purchasing requirements. Is able to read/interpret construction/building plans, equipment schematics, and design diagrams, electrical design and installation plans. Requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Maintenance required
  • 2+ years of management experience
