About The Position

Join Litehouse Foods as a Facilities Maintenance II! The Facilities Maintenance II is responsible for maintaining and repairing facility infrastructure, systems, and equipment across manufacturing, warehouse, and office environments. This role performs skilled maintenance, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work while supporting facility improvement projects and contractor activities. The position helps ensure safe, reliable, efficient, and sanitary facility operations while maintaining compliance with safety and food safety standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–4 years of facilities, industrial, or manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Hands-on experience with preventative maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Working knowledge of facility systems, including mechanical, plumbing, structural, and basic electrical components.
• Ability to perform multiple types of maintenance work, including carpentry, plumbing, installation, and general repairs.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Technical or vocational training in maintenance, mechanical systems, or a related field preferred.
• Experience using a CMMS or other maintenance documentation system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance, repair, installation, and general construction work across facility infrastructure and equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and facility issues to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
• Support facility improvement projects, including material planning, cost estimates, and coordination with contractors and vendors.
• Maintain accurate work orders, maintenance logs, and CMMS records while identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability.
• Support facility safety, sanitation, and operational standards through inspections, grounds maintenance, and timely resolution of issues.
• Work collaboratively with Operations and other teams to address facility needs and minimize downtime.
