About The Position

Tualatin Valley Water District is seeking a Facilities Maintenance II to perform building, grounds, and maintenance projects and tasks across District facilities. The role supports the 140 employees serving more than 220,000 customers and works with the Facilities team on a variety of facilities needs, including tasks related to remodeling the main headquarters building. The Facilities team is part of the Engineering and Operations Department and handles a wide range of tasks in support of a safe, functional, and welcoming environment. Candidates should be open to change and bring a positive attitude. The position offers a salary range of $73,902.40 to $110,843.20 per year. The selected candidate would ideally begin in late November.

Responsibilities

• Perform building, grounds, and maintenance projects and tasks within District facilities.
• Work with the Facilities team to support a wide variety of TVWD facilities.
• Assist with tasks related to the remodel of the main headquarters building.
• Coordinate with the Facilities team on occasional weekend activities when needed.
