About The Position

Ecolab is seeking a Facilities Maintenance I - Painter to join its team in City of Industry, California. The role completes painting and touch-up tasks, maintains paint inventory, and supports facility upkeep, preventive maintenance, service work, and minor carpentry. The position works first shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

The role supports Ecolab’s mission to protect public health and the environment and offers hands-on experience with facility maintenance operations and painting projects in a workplace that emphasizes safety, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in building maintenance and operation.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Work in difficult conditions, including confined spaces, heat, and at heights.
• Immigration sponsorship is not provided.

Nice To Haves

• Prior painting experience.
• Prior maintenance experience at a large-scale facility.
• Carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Paint and touch up facilities.
• Maintain paint inventory and request replenishment when required.
• Assist the Maintenance Team with preventive maintenance and service as needed.
• Assist the Maintenance Team with minor carpentry work.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
