Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Working knowledge of diagnostic tools, including Amp Meters, Voltmeters, OHM Meters, Compound Gauges and Pressure Gauges.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacture maintenance guidelines.
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians, laborers and engineers, and ensure all work scheduled is assigned and completed.
• Receive materials that have been ordered from the warehouse and dock.
• Organize and prioritize projects as they are requested.
• Prepare take-offs and estimates for projects.
• Complete all jobs as assigned by Dispatch and Management.
• Oversee the completion of all work performed by facilities technicians, laborers and engineers.
• Advise manager of all work orders and/or projects currently being worked on, the scheduling of projects, and materials needed for such projects.
• Maintain a constant awareness of safety and accident prevention.
• Respond to hotel emergency calls, assist in expediting repairs to ensure guest and employee safety and comfort.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationship with all departments within Off-site properties.
• Ensure all equipment and work areas are kept clean, neat and orderly at all times.
• Maintain knowledge of materials used by various technical trades in the department.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested.
