This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department and overseeing short- and long-term projects. The Director will develop, coordinate, and monitor guest rooms, public spaces, and equipment, including PM programs, to ensure the reliability, safety, and comfort of staff and guests. Additionally, the position involves supervising, training, and managing all facilities staff.
