About The Position
Pet Paradise is a full-service pet care destination headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, dedicated to providing premium care for pets. The brand offers resort-style pet day camp and care, professional grooming, veterinary care, and overnight boarding. With over 50 locations in nine states, Pet Paradise is expanding across the United States. This position will service our Amelia Island and Jacksonville Airport resorts. A $1000 Sign-On Bonus is offered, payable after 90 days of employment. The hourly rate is $18 - $23.00 per hour, plus a monthly car allowance. Daily pay is available with On Demand Pay. Employees can bring their dog to work for free complimentary pet day camp.
Requirements
- Two to Four years of related experience
- Must have own vehicle
- Must have Valid Driver's License
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to pass a background check, including criminal record
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience and knowledge HVAC, Carpentry, Painting, Plumbing and General Repairs
- Certification in one or more areas via a technical school or other specialized school
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance for the resort.
- Perform preventive maintenance for the resort.
- Perform repair work for the resort.
