About The Position

Benevilla is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Assistant to help maintain its facilities, vehicles, grounds, and equipment while supporting the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department. This role is crucial in ensuring that Benevilla's programs remain safe and running smoothly, contributing to the organization's mission to enrich lives.

Requirements

• 2 years of maintenance experience in apartment/senior living/multi-unit dwellings with basic electrical, plumbing, construction, and repair skills.
• Valid AZ driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• Basic computer, reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 20 feet.
• Ability to perform work indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Benevilla facilities, vehicles, grounds, and equipment.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Ensure programs remain safe and running smoothly.
