Processes work/maintenance orders and coordinates the workflow of office activities for the department by screening and prioritizing items for the attention of the Manager, Facilities Operations or designate and performs other related clerical and secretarial functions for the department; updates information into the departmental maintenance management database and compiles regular reports for decision-making purposes; performs timekeeping, processes vacation requests, types technical and non-technical materials using various software applications and arranges meetings; documents meeting minutes, maintains departmental stationary and supplies levels and performs a variety of other clerical duties, as required.
