Requirements

• The ability to wear safety equipment as provided by management
• The ability to adapt to varying environmental condition
• The ability to lift object up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs all tasks related to warehouse and office cosmetic improvements including but not limited to: Painting of floors, walls, and trim, Wall mounting of pictures, shelves, clocks, etc., Mowing grass/Shoveling snow, Trimming weeds, Removing trash from around the building
• Shuts off gas, water, and electric supply in the case of an emergency
• Performs monthly inspections of all fire extinguishers in accordance with company guidelines
• Completes items from the maintenance checklist daily
• Ensures the detailed cleanliness of the warehouse and office
