We are looking for a Facilities Leader to manage the maintenance and operational efficiency of our car wash facilities. This role involves leading a team of technicians to ensure the proper upkeep and performance of equipment and facilities. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert with strong leadership capabilities, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

At least 7 years of hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding.
At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
Proven ability to lead teams and manage preventative maintenance and repairs.
Experience with CMMS platforms and work order management systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage remote teams and large geographic areas.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety standards, and equipment operations.

Nice To Haves

At least 10 years in service, repair, remodel, and installation within the car wash industry.
Background in industries like plant facilities, heavy equipment repair, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Oversee preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment (conveyors, pumps, motors, sensors) across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, welding, and HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot complex issues to maintain optimal uptime.
Lead, mentor, and develop technicians.
Manage service schedules.
Recruit skilled tradespeople.
Assign work orders via CMMS platform.
Monitor KPIs (downtime, repair costs, technician utilization).
Manage inventory for market and field vehicles.
Collaborate with leadership to align maintenance efforts with business goals.
Develop and manage budgets.
Work with vendors for parts and contracts.
Oversee warranty claims and service agreements.
Ensure facilities meet regulatory standards.
Conduct safety training.
Implement safety protocols.
