About The Position

The Facilities Lead Technician position supports the Senior Facilities Manager and Community Director at our headquarters location in Lehi, Utah, just off the Triumph Boulevard exit of I-15 in the heart of Silicon Slopes. Key responsibilities include overseeing the upkeep and general maintenance of the facility. This role supports staff by repairing, installing, and moving furniture, appliances, and interior design elements to ensure a welcoming and well-maintained atmosphere for the coworking community. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with Refresh and Renovation projects, providing ongoing virtual training for other Kiln Technicians as Kiln continues to expand, and offering occasional support to Kiln’s Construction and Supply Chain teams. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) position. We are flexible when building out the schedule; however, once established, we expect this individual to be reliable and dependable. The Facilities Lead Technician may also be asked to help coordinate vendors; provide virtual assistance or support to other Kiln locations; and provide in-person assistance or support to Kiln Technicians at our Northern Utah facilities, including Provo, Holladay, Park City, and downtown Salt Lake City.
