Our expertise encompasses the full spectrum of system technologies from pneumatic - hydraulic control systems to state-of-the-art programmable solutions to chemical injection systems, and everything in-between. We are seeking a dependable and experienced Lead Facilities Cleaning Technician to oversee daily cleaning operations across our manufacturing facility and two engineering office buildings. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization while providing guidance and support to cleaning staff. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), proactive, and comfortable working in both industrial and professional office environments.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or industrial facility cleaning; lead or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial environment strongly preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, coordinate schedules, and maintain high attention to detail
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Ability to reach with arms and use tools above/over the head.
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements.
  • Ability to stand (for extended periods of time), walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl and twist.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate daily cleaning activities across manufacturing areas, engineering offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common spaces.
  • Perform hands-on cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and waste removal.
  • Monitor cleaning quality standards and ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Assist with training and guiding facility cleaning staff as needed.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and coordinate restocking.
  • Follow all company safety procedures, PPE requirements, and proper chemical handling guidelines.
  • Support cleanliness in production areas while adhering to manufacturing safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, employees, and contractors in both English and Spanish.
  • Report facility concerns, maintenance needs, or safety issues to management.
